My Billing - Methadone Tab

Summary: This tab queues up billable services rendered for patients in Methadone programs.

1. DOS: From _ To _- Select the date of service range to be viewed.
2. Program- Filter search results by Program.
3. Chart- Displays a list of services specific to the search parameters selected.
   

• Client Name- Displays the client name per service.
• Program Name- Displays the program name per service.
• DOS- Displays the date of service per service.
• DOS Start- Displays the beginning date of service per service.
• DOS End- Displays the ending date of service per service.
• Medical Record Number- Displays the Medical Record Number per service.
• Visit Types- Displays the visit type per service.
• ICD-10 Dx- Displays the ICD-10 Dx (diagnosis) of the patient per service.
• InsName- Displays the name of the insurance used by the patient per service.

• Select All- Check box to select all viewable services rendered for processing.
• Unselect All- Check box to unselect all viewable services rendered.
• Test Batch- Check box to create a batch submission with test headers.
