Summary: This tab queues up billable services rendered for patients in Inpatient Monthly programs.

1. Month- Select the month of services to be viewed.
2. Summary- Allows the user to view a chart of services in a summarized form (by patient).
3. Detail- Allows the user to view a chart of services in a detailed form (by individual service).
4. Program- Filter search results by Program.
5. Chart (Summary)- Displays a summarized list of service specific to the search parameters selected.
   

• Program Name- Displays the program per client.
• Client Name- Displays the client name.
• MRN- Displays the medical record number per client.
• ExternalChartID- Displays the External Chart ID if using External Chart ID option.
• ExternalMedRecNum- Displays the External Chart ID if using External Chart ID option.
• Admit Date- Displays the admit date per client.
• DOS Start- Displays the beginning date of service per client.
• DOS End- Displays the ending date of service per client.
• Insurance- Displays the insurance per client.
• MedID- Displays the medical ID per client.
• ICD 10-Dx- Displays the ICD 10-Dx (diagnosis) per client.
• Total Services- Displays the total number of services required per client.
• Procedure- Displays the procedure per client.
• Full Month- If checked, the service required an entire month to complete.
• Partial Month- If checked, the service required part of a month to complete.
• Amount- Displays the cost of the services rendered per client.

• Chart (Detail)- Displays a detailed list of services specific to the search parameters selected.
  
  • Program Name- Displays the program per service.
  • Client Name- Displays the client name per service.
  • MRN- Displays the medical record number for the patient per service.
  • Date Of Service- Displays the date of service per service.
  • Provider- Displays the provider per service.
  • Bed- Displays the bed used by the patient per service.
  • LOA Start- Displays the start date of leave of absence period.
  • LOA End- Displays end date of leave of absence period.
  • Admit Date- Displays the admit date per service.
  • Discharge Date- Displays the discharge date per service.
  • PatientAge- Displays the patient’s age per service.
• Select All- Check box to select all viewable services rendered for processing.
• Unselect All- Check box to unselect all viewable services rendered.
• Test Batch- Check box to create a batch submission with test headers.
