Summary: This tab queues up billable services for patients in a Bridges to Health program.

1. DOS: From _ To _- Select the date of service range to be viewed.
2. Program- Filter search results by Program.
3. Filters- Allows the user to further filter the search.

• Patient- Filter search results by Patient.
• Include Inactive- Select to include inactive services in the search results.
• HCI Only- Select to only include services conducted by a Health Care Integrator.
• WSP Only- Select to only include services conducted by a Waiver Service Provider.

• Chart- Displays a list of services specific to the search parameters selected.
  
  • Program- Displays the program per service.
  • Patient Name- Displays the patient name per service.
  • Med Rec No- Displays the Medical Record Number for the patient per service.
  • Date of Service- Displays the date of service per service.
  • Duration- Displays the displays the duration of the service per service.
  • Units- Displays the total accumulated units.
  • Visit Type- Displays the visit type per service.
  • HCI Supervisor or WSP Supervisor- Displays the name of the HCI or WSP supervisor per service.
  • WSP or HCI- Displays the Health Care Integrator or Waiver Service Provider.
  • Form- Displays the form associated with the service.
• Select All- Check box to select all viewable services rendered for processing.
• Unselect All- Check box to unselect all viewable services rendered.
• Test Batch- Check box to create a batch submission with test headers.
