Summary: Create charges based on days present.
- Tuition- Select to view a tuition (summarized) based list of services.
- Month- Select the month of services to be viewed.
- Daily- Select to view a daily (detailed) based list of services.
- Start Date- Select the earliest date of service to be viewed.
- End Date- Select the latest date of service to be viewed.
- Programs- Filter search results by Program.
- Filters- Allows the user to further filter the search.
- Patient- Filter search results by Patient.
- Include Inactive- Select to include inactive services in the search results.
- Chart (Tuition)- Displays the tuition billable units.
- Patient Name- Displays the patient’s name per service.
- Med Rec No- Displays the medical record number for the patient per service.
- Program Name- Displays the program name per service.
- Date of Service- Displays the date the service was rendered per service.
- Insurance- Displays the insurance used by the patient per service.
- Tuition Procedure- Displays the procedure code that corresponds with the tuition fee.
- Tuition Units- Displays the total tuition units accumulated.
- ILS Procedure- Displays the procedure code for the ILS service.
- ILS Units- Displays the total ILS units accumulated.
- Dormitory Procedure- Displays the procedure code for the dormitory service.
- Dormitory Amount- Displays the amount/cost for the dormitory service(s).
- Dormitory Units- Displays the total dormitory units accumulated.
- Chart (Daily)- Displays the procedure code for any given day’s date of service.
- Patient Name- Displays the patient’s name per service.
- Med Rec No- Displays the medical record number for the patient per service.
- Program Name- Displays the program name per service.
- Date of Service- Displays the date the service was performed per service.
- Procedure- Displays the procedure per service.
- Select All- Check box to select all viewable services rendered for processing.
- Unselect All- Check box to unselect all viewable services rendered.
- Test Batch- Create at test batch prior to submitting.
