If you bundle services, you will want to run this to check for multiple services in a day.
The first column highlighted, Exist, shows if an appointment exists on a Schedule.
The second Column, Link, shows it the user completed their note through the Alert or if the appointment is linked to the note.
The third column, Lock, shows if the note has been signed and locked.
