Activity Items - Setup

Go to Setup 🡪 Activity Items.

1. Code- Short name for the activity item.
2. Activity- Long name for the activity item (displayed in Charge Entry drop-down).
3. Follow-Up- Check to use follow-up days in claim management.
4. Follow-Up Days- Enter the number of follow-up days used.
5. Show External- No longer used.
6. Inactive- Inactivates the activity item.
7. Include Inactive- Includes inactive activity items in the list.

To create a new activity item, fill in the fields detailed above in the blank line at the bottom of the list.
