Go to Setup 🡪 Activity Items.
- Code- Short name for the activity item.
- Activity- Long name for the activity item (displayed in Charge Entry drop-down).
- Follow-Up- Check to use follow-up days in claim management.
- Follow-Up Days- Enter the number of follow-up days used.
- Show External- No longer used.
- Inactive- Inactivates the activity item.
- Include Inactive- Includes inactive activity items in the list.
To create a new activity item, fill in the fields detailed above in the blank line at the bottom of the list.
