Don’t forget to change your delivery end-point for any payers that you are using a payment portal intermediary with. For example, many payers use “Payspan”. For this example, you would have to log in to “Payspan” and change the end-point from Payspan to the Ability Clearing House. This will allow the 835 file to pass from Ability into eCR for auto posting functionality.
