Set up default payment amounts for your clients to make billing easier. When you schedule an appointment and enable payment, it will default to that payment amount for the session. This is convenient for providers who charge different amounts for different clients, or offer sliding-scale prices.
- Click People in the Menu and select the My Clients tab.
- Click the client's Profile icon.
- Click the Providers tab to open the client's provider list.
- Click Edit next to your name.
Note: If there are multiple providers assigned to the client and you have the required permissions, you can also set the default payments for the other providers.
- Enter the Default Payment Amount and click Save.
- Your default payment amount displays next to your name in the client's profile.
