If you'd like to request a payment from your clients that isn't related to a specific appointment or doesn't require them to enter their credit card info prior to joining a session, you'll want to create a Payment Request (this is not available on the Basic plan).
- Click Payments on the Menu, then click the green Create Payment Request button.
- Click the Payer drop-down menu to select the client, then enter a Description that will be included in the payment request email and Payment Amount.
- Click Save.
- An email notification is sent to the client inviting them to Log In and make their payment. You will receive an email notification when the payment has been made.
