Your Invoice reflects the previous 30 days of service. Your invoice includes information such as the quantity, unit price of the user licenses, Wiley or RCM services and other subscriptions if applicable, as well as information about any changes to your subscriptions and licenses that took place during that period.

NOTE: Your invoices will be sent to you via email.

Understanding your Invoice

  1. Unit Price portrays the rate at which you are paying for a single unit.
  1. Amount can appear as the price for that line item, or as a deducted credit if there were changes made.

What if changes where made during a billing period?

Any changes that occur during a billing period (i.e. increase or decrease in number of licenses, subscriptions, etc.) will be reflected in the related line item amount.

Changes to the number of licenses during a billing period can get confusing, but if there was a decrease in users or unused time, you will see a credit back in the Amount column.
