Enable & Access Superbills

If you need a Superbill to be reimbursed by an insurance company for cash payments and/or out-of-network care, follow the steps below.

Jump to Section:

Enable Superbilling

1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Preferences from the drop-down.
2. Locate the Billing Preferences section and expand it.
3. Check Enable Superbilling.
4. Click Update.
   
   
    

Print Superbill for Notes or Assessments

1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down. 
2. Select appropriate client.
3. Under the Notes/Information section in the left side menu, click Assessments.
4. To access the Superbill PDF to print or download, click the Print Super Bill icon.
