Loop 2300 Segment PWK (Claim Supplemental Information) Required Element 2 'Report Transmission Code' is Missing
Description
This error appears as a rejection in the Electronic Module. The COB information (in the Change Time Window, COB tab) is missing information. The Replacement/Reversal/Void Claim field has an option selected; however, the other required fields are missing data.
