- Go to the Payments module.
- Change your View to Payments.
- Make sure your filters are inclusive to the type of payment you want to locate.

- Find the allocated payment.
- You may search for the payment reference at the bottom of the page to quicken your search.

- Click on the Reference hyperlink to open the Payment report.
- The report will list the dates of service, codes, and transaction types that received an allocation from the payment.
