to see claim information including the Claim ID number.
- Click the Full Electronic Claim Status box
to see claim information. From here you can copy and paste the Claim ID number.
If you see a rejection for Printing Services, this means you have electronically billed a payer that requires electronic billing pre-enrollment prior to claim submission. You will need to pre-enroll to electronically submit claims to this payer.
