If need assistance from Customer Support on electronic claims, please provide the Claim ID number.

  • Click the Full Electronic Claim Status box Screen_Shot_2023-05-18_at_3.51.31_PM.png to see claim information. From here you can copy and paste the Claim ID number.

If you see a rejection for Printing Services, this means you have electronically billed a payer that requires electronic billing pre-enrollment prior to claim submission. You will need to pre-enroll to electronically submit claims to this payer.
