PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Billing permission to print a statement
Print a statement to provide a client with a list of their charges and credits for a period of time and their account balance as of the end of that period.
TIP: If you only want to include specific lines without showing the full account balance, you can create an invoice instead

Print a Statement
- Go to Billing > Accounts > Billing Accounts
- Click the billing account you want to print a statement for.
- In the lower-left, click the Print button
- Select the information you want to print.
From/To Select the date range you want to include. The balance of lines before the From date will be included as a "Balance as of..." line. Print Select the "Statement" option. Print Claim Details Select this to include additional charge details from claims, such as how the patient's responsibility is calculated. Print Pending Claims Select this to include charges from claims that have not been finalized. This can indicate potential charges that may be applied to the account once the claim has been finalized. - Click the Print Account button.
Print Statements for Accounts with a Balance
- Go to Billing > Accounts > Billing Accounts
- In the lower left, click the Print button
- Select the information you want to print
