PERMISSIONS: In order to access these settings, these permissions are needed:

  • Access the Setup and Settings Views in Bed Management
  • Add and Remove Staff Assignments

 

Assign Staff

  1. Go to Bed Management > Setup.
  2. Go to the level to which you want to add staff.

NOTE: Staff may be added to any level. Assigned staff will be inherited by all child levels.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the level.
  2. Click Edit.

  3. Scroll down to the Staff section > Assigned Staff field, and begin typing a staff's name.

    • Staff options will populate a list.
  4. Click on the staff name to assign them to the level.
  5. Continue until all staff are added.
  6. Click Save.

 

Remove Staff

  1. Go to Bed Management > Setup.
  2. Go to the level to which you want to remove staff. 

    NOTE: Inherited staff may not be removed unless removed from the parent level.

  3. Click the three dots to the right of the level.
  4. Click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the Staff section > Assigned Staff field, and click the X next to the staff you want to remove.

NOTE: If you do not see an X next to the staff name, this means that they are assigned to a parent level and need to be removed at that level.

  1. Click Save.
