A Champion at your agency will want to follow these steps to turn on this permission for the roles allowed to send mass notifications.
- Go to the Staff Module.
- Open any staff with the role you wish to give this permission to.
- Click the Role tab.
- Click Edit Roles.
- Enter 'mass' in the 'search for permissions' field.
- Check the box next to 'User has access to "Mass Notification" functionality' to allow this role to have this permission.
- Click Change Role.
- Repeat these steps for each role that will need this permission.
