Due to character-count limitations, the application is unable to send video session links automatically via SMS text. For instructions on sending the link to clients or staff participants manually, follow these steps.
- Go to the Appointments module and find the appointment.
- Click once on the appointment.
- Go to the appointment details panel on the right.
- If the session is attended by multiple staff, select the appropriate staff name from the selection list.
- If the session is a group appointment, select the appropriate client from the selection list.
- Click the Copy Staff Invitation button or Copy Client Invitation button.
- Paste the video session invitation into your SMS or messaging device.
NOTE: Be sure that you are not sending PHI via a non-HIPAA compliant device.
