Client Portal Manager - Invite Clients & Representatives to the Client Portal

The Client Portal Manager is where users are able to manage client portal settings and invite Clients & Representatives to the Client Portal.

Invite a Client/Client Representative to the Client Portal

To send an invitation to a Client:

  1. Choose the client from the Client dropdown.
    • Staff will see all Clients they have permission to view.

    •  NOTE:  Staff may also record that a Client has declined access to the Client Portal. To record this, click the gray client declined button.

  2. In the Invitations section, enter the client email into the Email: field.
    •  NOTE:  If there is an email already entered in the field, it will display. To change the email, update the email in the Email: field and click the gray change button.

       
    •  IMPORTANT:  If a Client Portal invitation has been previously declined by the recipient, this will be recorded in the Invitations section and will display the status of the invitation. To send another invitation, click the gray reinvite client button.

  3. Click the gray invite client button to send the invitation to the client's email.

To send an invitation to a Client Representative:

  1. From the same Client view as above, click the gray invite client representative button. This will open three additional fields.

  2. Enter the client representative email into the E-Mail: field.
  3. Enter data into the First name: and Last name: fields.
  4. Click the gray invite button.
