Associate Program to Diagnosis

To associate a diagnosis with a program at your agency, select this program when you save the diagnosis in the Client Module, Diagnosis tab.

Locate the Client's Diagnosis Information

1. Click on the Clients Module.
2. Choose a client by selecting the clients line (click once where they is not a blue link).
3. Click Change in the upper right.
4. Click on the Diagnosis tab.
5. In the Program column, choose the appropriate program for each diagnosis.
   
   
    
6. Click Save. 

To have the client's diagnoses pre-selected (or highlighted) in the Time Add Window for staff when they are adding billable service lines, the Setting: Pre-Select Diagnoses Codes article will explain how to adjust this setting.
