BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- In order to take Skill Acquisition data in the app, the Targets must first be created, opened, and at an In Treatment status in the Portal.
NOTE: To learn more about creating Targets in the Portal, please visit Targets: Create, Rename, Delete, Clone or Move.
- To take Behavior Reduction data in the app, the Behaviors must be created in the Portal.
NOTE: To learn more about creating Behaviors in the Portal, please visit Behaviors: Create, Edit, or Archive.
- Target Playlists are convenient ways to group Targets that users can customize based on student needs or user preferences. This allows access to all relevant Targets in one easy-to-find list on the app.

After you select your Student in the App, you will be brought to the Student Dashboard. From here you can view your Playlists (such as Baseline, All Targets, Maintenance, and any Custom Playlists you have created).
Select Programs to Run
- Open the desired Student Dashboard.
- Tap the gear icon for the Playlist you want to use and then select Programs to Run under that.
NOTE: To change the Session Settings for a Playlist, see Session Settings Glossary.
- Select the Programs you want to run by clicking the box by each or click All to select all Programs.
Click the back arrow when done.IMPORTANT: You must have at least one Target open and In Treatment status in order for the designated Program name to appear in this list.
Run Target Playlist Session
- Click the arrow to the right of the Playlist you want to use to start the Session.

Score Target Data
| The way in which users score data will be determined by Target Type. Take data on the right side of the screen using Target Instructions (if needed) and tap the appropriate selection. As soon as data points are collected for a Target, the Catalyst app will display the next Target as determined by Program and Session Settings. |

| As data points are collected, the Target Progress Bars on the left side of the screen will show Target's progress. They will also show a current count of trials (such as 4/5, 5/5, etc.). |

Delete Target Data
Users can delete any data points that may have been scored incorrectly while in the app, with the exceptions of Task Analysis Targets, Conditional Discrimination Targets, and Whole/Partial Interval Targets. These can only be deleted through the Portal (not the app).
- Tap the Undo icon in the top right.
- A popup of the most recent data scores displays as Undo Past Data.
- Tap the Trashcan icon to delete desired data.
- Click Close when done.
View Previously Taken Target Data, Notes, & Program Instructions
While users collect Target data, they can view Past Data, Notes, and Program Instructions associated with that particular Target.
- Tap the 3 stacked dots icon.
The Menu Option window will pop up. - Select Notes, Past Data, or Program Instructions to view each.
- Selecting Notes will bring up the list of Notes with Date/Time info.
Selecting a note will display the Note text.
You can also Add a Note by clicking the + Plus in the upper-right corner. - Selecting Past Data will bring up the list of the Past Data, Date, Time and who collected it. This will pull data from today and the day before. To view data further back than that, you would navigate to the Trial Sheet.
- Selecting Program Instructions will bring up any program instructions entered for this Program.
