In order to take data in the app, a Target must first be created, opened, and at an In Treatment status in the Portal.

After you select your Student in the App, you will be brought to the Student Dashboard. From here you can view your Playlists (such as Baseline, All Targets, Maintenance, and any Custom Playlists you have created). You may adjust your Session Settings and Select Programs to Run as shown in Data Collection Overview (Skill Acquisition Playlists & Behavior Reduction).
Run Playlist Session to Score Data
- Click the arrow to the right of the Playlist you want to use to start the Session and the Targets screen will display.
- Select the Duration Target you wish to score by tapping it on the Program Target List on the left-hand side.
Click the Play icon to start the Duration Timer or click into the Minutes/Seconds to manually enter the duration.
- When the timer is running, you will see a Play icon in the Target list on the left to indicate a timer is running.
You will also notice that the Play icon has turned into a Pause icon so that you can pause the timer, if needed.
- Press Stop when done, which will cause the Save button to become active.
Press Save to save the data or press the Trashcan icon to delete it.NOTE: To record that the Duration Target occurred for 00 minutes and 00 seconds, you can hit the Record Zero button and a 00min 00sec data entry will be added.
