My video is only playing the audio when I attempt to view it from the Portal.

Often this is attributed to a recording error.

To correctly record a video via the app, orientate the device in landscape-right. This means that the Home button on the device should be on the right side of the videographer, and the device must remain in a horizontal position.

To view a video that has not been recorded in landscape-right, download the video to your computer rather than attempting to view it in the Portal.

I recorded a video in the app but receive an error when I attempt to watch the video in the Portal.

Often this is associated with an abbreviated sync time. Since videos are much larger pieces of information than regular data points, it may take a few moments longer to upload to the Portal.Â

It is recommended that users connect the app to Wi-Fi or 5G allowing the app to be open for a few minutes while the video uploads. After a few minutes check the portal again for the video.

How long can my video be?

Videos can be a max of 10 minutes in length.
