FAQ: App

There are a quick couple of things you can try if you aren't able to see your Students in the App.

Remove/Re-Add User

1. Press the Lock button to go to the PIN screen.
   
    
2. Tap the Manage Users link.
   
    
3. Click Remove for your User Profile.
   
    
4. Click Add User button at the bottom.
   
    
5. Enter your Username and Password again.

Back on the Manage Students page, your Student should appear.

If they still aren't there:

1. Check with your Supervisor to make sure the Student was added to your Profile.
2. Double-check that you are not looking for a Student Code (instead of a Student Name).

If you are having trouble seeing your Students' current Programs in the App, there are a couple of things that you can try.

Reselect All Programs:

1. Tap Student on the Student Selection screen.
2. Under Playlists, tap the Gear icon for the Playlist you want to run (Baseline, All Targets or Maintenance).
3. Tap the Programs to Run link.
4. Unselect All Programs.
5. And then reselect All Programs.
6. Tap the right arrow to start the Program.

All current Programs should display. If this does not work, try the second option below. 

Remove and Re-Add Student in the App:

1. Go to the Manage Student's screen (directly after the PIN screen).
2. Tap the Manage Students link.
3. Tap Remove for the desired Student.
4. And then Tap the Add button for the Student.

All current Programs should display.

If you are stuck on the login page of the App (see below), the only way to get back to the Manage Users screen is to force quit the App and reopen it.

Yes! You can view previous student data from other users on your device.

All previous data must be synced to the Portal in order for it to display as previous data on the app.
