Documents that have been selected to sync to the app will appear in the Documentation tab.

Add Documents for a Student

After you select your Student from the Student Selection screen in the App, you will be brought to the Student Dashboard.

1. Open desired Student Dashboard.
2. Click the arrow next to any Playlist.
3. Select the Documents tab on the top menu
   
4. Document List displays. Documents that are synced to the app will display either in a direct list or divided into pre-created folders.
5. Tap on the desired Folder to expand and view the documents within.
   
    
6. Tap desired Document to view it on the right-hand side.

   NOTE: Not all file types are viewable in the app. For example, some Android devices force certain file types to open outside of the app.

   The supported file types include: .docx, .doc, .pdf, .tiff, jpg, jpeg, bmp, .png, .xls, .xlsx, .gif, .txt, .csv, .ppt, and .pptx.

Permissions Conflict

If you cannot see your documents on the app, please ensure you have addressed all the steps from Documents Subtab.
If you can see the name of the document listed but are not seeing it when you select it you may have an issue with a setting on your mobile device. You may receive the following error:

When you install the app on your mobile device, you should receive a pop-up message that asks if the app has permission to View Photos on the device. To see documents you would need to agree to this.

If this was not set then you can go into your device Settings and search for the app. Then allow permission to view photos.
