BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
In order to take Skill Acquisition data in the app, the Targets must first be created, opened, and at an In Treatment status in the Portal.
Note: To learn more about creating Targets in the Portal, please visit Targets: Create, Rename, Delete, Clone or Move.
After you select your Student in the App, you will be brought to the Student Dashboard. From here you can view your Playlists (such as Baseline, All Targets, Maintenance, and any Custom Playlists you have created).
Add a Note to a Target
- Tap the 3 stacked dots icon.
The Menu Option window will pop up. - Select Notes.
- Selecting Notes will bring up the list of Notes with Date/Time info (if there are any notes).
Selecting a note will display the Note text. - Click the +(Plus) in the upper-right corner to Add a Note.
- Type in your note and click the Save Icon.
- The Date and Time of the Note(s) will be listed.
- Selecting the Date/Time for the Note will open the note for viewing. This will show the Therapist who created the note as well.
- Click the Back Arrow to go back and then click out of the box to close.
