Users are no longer allowed to admit any patients without a CALL record and a COMPLETED ASSESSMENT.
- The New Patient button will be inactive as an Intake Call must be completed in order to get an MR#.
- If a user tries to admit a patient and a CALL has not been done, or the CALL has been completed but the ASSESSMENT has not been completed with a STATUS(Disposition), ASSESSED BY, ASSESSMENT DATE AND ASSESSMENT TIME, the user will receive an error message.
- The user must complete the ASSESSMENT in the InTake (F7) screen before MEDIK will allow a patient to be admitted.
