From Organization Settings an Administrator can set/edit the Organization Name and specify Contact information. There are two sections in Organization Settings.
Start from the Administration tab.
Access Organization Settings from the Administration Menu.
General Section
From the General section, set/edit the organization name and establish general Catalyst settings.
Enter the following information:
- Organization Name
- Organization Address (Including Country, Street, City, State, & Zip Code)
NOTE: This address is tied to your organization's billing address.
- Username Prefix
NOTE: A Username Prefix cannot be changed once set as it is linked to how users log into the portal and app. This prefix is also key information when reaching out to support.
- Time of Day to Check Mastery
NOTE: For best results, it is recommended to set this to 2 hours after your last session of the day.
- Length of User PIN Numbers - Allows organizations to specify the minimum and maximum lengths (inclusive) of PIN numbers that users may use to log into the app.
- Include Inactive Students in Student Case dropdown?
- Zero Out Targets Default Setting for New Students
- Zero Out Behaviors Default Setting for New Students
- Click the Save Changes button in the lower-right corner when finished.
Primary Contact
The system will use the information provided in this section to contact your organization should the need arise (i.e. account management needs, etc.).
Enter the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Click the Save Changes button in the lower-right corner when finished.
