How do I grant users access to only particular students?
In Ensora Data Collection, System Administrators are able to grant users access to all students, students at a specific Site (if Sites is utilized for your organization), or only particular students. The following demonstrates how to grant access to particular students.
Access Users from Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
- Click on the desired User.
- Click the Student Access dropdown arrow in the Security Options section.
- Select Specific Students.
- Click on the field that appears and select desired students.
How do I give restricted Ensora Data Collection access to parents or other groups?
System Administrators can create unique Security Groups with restricted security rights.

Why can't I find my Student in Ensora Data Collection?
Have your administrator check your Security Groups, Site Permissions, and Student Access.
Examples of Security Groups:
- Administration: Has All Rights in Ensora Data Collection.
- Parents: Only has access to view their child in the system. Unable to view other students or edit any information within the system.
- RBTs: Has access to log into the app, and access to the students assigned to them.
Troubleshooting tips if a user is unable to view a student.
- Confirm the Security Group assigned to the user allows them to view/edit/take data for students.
- Confirm the correct Site Assignment is assigned to the user. The site the student is assigned to must be included in the site assignments for the user.
- Confirm the user has been assigned to the student.
You can assign several different security groups, site assignments and students to a single user.
Note: While users can be assigned to multiple Security Groups, it is recommended that they are only assigned to one Security Group at a time as the system only recognizes the Security Group with less permissions.
What do I do if I don't have Login Credentials?
Login Credentials (Username and Password) are required in order to use the Ensora Data Collection Online Portal or the App. Additionally, you will need a PIN to access the App.
Your Login Credentials and PINs are created by a System Administrator from your company and should be emailed to you after it is created. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder and speak with your System Administrator.
