Access SOAP Notes from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
- Locate desired SOAP Note Template and click the Actions ellipse.
- Select Duplicate.
- Rename the Duplicated Template.
NOTE: Template names must be unique, user can use the same Template name twice.
- Click Duplicate.
- Locate the newly duplicated SOAP Note Template and click the
icon to make desired changes if needed.
