Delete SOAP Note Template

Users can delete a SOAP Note Template without affecting any previous SOAP Notes that use that Template.

Access SOAP Notes from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section. 

1. Locate desired SOAP Note Template and click the Actions ellipse.
2. Select Delete.
   
   
3. Confirm Deletion and then click the Delete button.

   NOTE: This permanently deletes a SOAP Note Template, this action cannot be reversed.
