Create a Security Group

Ensora Data Collection is a cloud-based data collection system that is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Ensora Data Collection’s comprehensive and robust devotion to information protection allows administrators to create security groups with almost any combination of access restrictions. Almost any action in Ensora Data Collection can be allowed or denied based on a user’s assignment to a specified group.

Access Security Groups from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Create New Group link.
   
   
    
2. Enter Group Name.
3. Enter a group Description.
4. Scroll and select desired security rights by selecting appropriate checkboxes.

5. Click the I Understand checkbox.
6. Click Save.
