Permissions Required: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Billing Assistant, Front Office, Front Office Assistant, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, Therapy Student, or Therapy Technician Permissions assigned in order to manage Schedule.
Layouts: Cell Size Matters
By default the schedule puts a line every 15 minutes:
If you would prefer to see fewer lines you could set the Cell Size Minutes to 30 and the display would look as follows:
Note: Appointments can start at any time and are independent of the lines across the schedule. If you only wanted lines on the hour you could set the schedule to display 60-minute cells, if you prefer more lines you can set it to as small as a line every 5 minutes.
