These two areas and looking at slightly different criteria. So, please refer here if you are seeing discrepancies.
LAST EVAL
In the Charges & Documentation screen, when viewing the Visit Information in the top center of the screen, you will see "Last Eval" followed by a date, number of days since that date, number of visits since that date.
This pulls the date of the last signed note with a classification of Treatment Evaluation.
NOTE: This eval does not have to be linked to the actual visit (so if an eval was created and signed and then the appointment was deleted or canceled and the eval was not deleted, it could still be seeing this.)
RED REMINDER BAR FOR PROGRESS NOTE DUE
In the Charges & Documentation screen and the Flow Sheet, you will see a Red Bar Reminder for Progress Note Due (for Medicare or Non-Medicare).
This goes off of the date of the last signed note with a classification of Treatment Evaluation.
NOTE: This does need to be linked to an actual visit.
