If you would like to make any changes to your evaluation however it has already been signed, there is still a way to make a change.
1. Go to Patient in Top Navigation
2. Select to Charges & Documentation
3. Select the Evaluation in question
4. Right-click Open Unsigned Clone - this creates an exact duplicate of the evaluation, only it is not signed.
5. Make edits as needed
6. When completed, Sign, Save, and close.
You will now see two evaluations in the list for that Date of Service. The "Created" column will help you see which is the newest one.
NOTE: Right-click on the old evaluation and select Delete in order to delete the older version.
