View Communication History

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Admin permission to view communication history.

  1. Click the Admin tab at the top.
  2. Click Fusion Billing Plan in the side menu.
  3. In the Current Billing Cycle card, click Communication History.

When viewing the history of emailed invoices, you will see the status of the emailed invoice to the right.

IMPORTANT: The link to view an invoice expires after 7 days.

Below are the meanings of the status of Sent & Revoked emailed invoices.

  • Sent: This means the document has been sent to the recipient.
  • Sent (Viewed): The document was sent, and someone opened the link.
  • Revoked (sent): The document was sent, the link is expired, and the email was not opened.
  • Revoked (Viewed): This means the email link was clicked on, but the link is now expired.
