PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Admin permission to view communication history.
- Click the Admin tab at the top.
- Click Fusion Billing Plan in the side menu.
- In the Current Billing Cycle card, click Communication History.
When viewing the history of emailed invoices, you will see the status of the emailed invoice to the right.
IMPORTANT: The link to view an invoice expires after 7 days.
Below are the meanings of the status of Sent & Revoked emailed invoices.
- Sent: This means the document has been sent to the recipient.
- Sent (Viewed): The document was sent, and someone opened the link.
- Revoked (sent): The document was sent, the link is expired, and the email was not opened.
- Revoked (Viewed): This means the email link was clicked on, but the link is now expired.
