Track Appointment Changes with Activity Logs

PERMISSION REQUESTED:  You must have the Admin permission to view Activity Logs.

 

When an appointment’s status is changed or an appointment is created, edited, or deleted, a log of that action can be reviewed by an admin in the clinic’s Activity Logs. These logs show who made the change, when the change happened, and what was changed.

 

Logs related to an appointment will always show the appointment’s date and time, the patients, and the therapists. If any additional information is changed, such as the appointment’s status, that will also appear in the log.

 

Activity logs can be exported to a CSV file by clicking the Download button at the bottom.

View and Filter Activity Logs

 

  1. Click the Admin tab at the top of the screen.
  2. Click Activity Logs.
  3. Activity for the last 30 days displays by default. Click the filters at the top to filter by Activity Date, Users, and Actions. You can also use the Search Details field to locate specific text in the Details column. 
    • Activity Date: This represents the date and time the user took the action. You can fill in a start date, an end date, or both. You can optionally add a start or end time as well.
    • User: This represents the user who took the action. You can filter by one or more users.
    • Action: This represents the type of action that was taken. You can filter by one or more actions.
    • Search Details: Search the Details column for any text within that column. For example, you could type in the name of a therapist or the date of an appointment to find all of the logs for appointments with that therapist or date.
       

 

Download Activity Logs

 

Activity logs can be exported to a CSV file by filtering the logs and then clicking the Download button at the bottom. The downloaded file will include logs that match the selected filters.

 

IMPORTANT:  This file, especially the Details column, can contain PHI. Review the file for any sensitive or irrelevant information before sharing this file with anyone. 

 

  1. Filter for the appropriate Activity Date, Users and Actions.
  2. Click the Download button at the bottom.
