Your clinic may allow you to request appointments using the patient portal.  After you have submitted a request for an appointment and the clinic has reviewed your request, you will receive an email approving the appointment or declining the request. If the appointment is approved, make sure to review the appointment details in the confirmation email. If the appointment is declined, you can request another appointment via the portal.

Request an Appointment via the Patient Portal

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
  2. Click the Request Appointment button in the Upcoming Appointments section of the Dashboard or at the bottom of the Appointments list.

  3. Fill in the Appointment Information:
    • Patient: Select the patient name. If the portal account is only associated with one patient, this will default to that patient.
    • Case: Select the case. If the patient only has one patient case, this will default to that patient case. If the patient is being seen for more than one case, select the case for this appointment.

NOTE: If the patient does not have an active patient case, reach out to the patient's provider.

    • Therapist: Select a therapist's name.
    • Appointment Type: Select the type of appointment.
    • Teletherapy: Select Yes to request a teletherapy session and No to request an in-person session. (This may or may not be an option offered by your clinic.)
    • Location: Select a location.
    • Repeat: Select Do not Repeat to request a single appointment. Select Repeat as a Series to set up a series of appointments. If you select Repeat As a Series, you will have the open to indicate how often and on which days of the week the appointment should repeat.
    • Note (Optional). Enter a note for the scheduler handling your appointment request.
