PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Admin permission to reactivate an appointment preset.
You can reactivate an inactive preset if you need to start using it again.
Reactivate an Other Event Preset
- Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Appointment Presets.
- Click the Other Event tab.
- To the right of the inactive preset, click the reactivate icon.
- Click the Reactivate Other Event Preset button.
The preset will be available for selection again when scheduling an other event/meeting.
