Portal Users Sign-Up Process

Once you invite contacts to your patient portal, they will go through a simple sign-up process.

 

  1. Portal users will receive a welcome email. The portal user will need to click the Login to the portal button.

  2. A new tab will open to the patient portal. The portal user will receive a prompt to change their password.

  3. Once their password has been changed, the portal user can access the portal. They will receive a confirmation email with the portal URL.
