Permissions: You need the Admin permission to use these functions.
Go to Admin > Evaluations > Outcome Measures to customize the outcome measures available for your clinic to use in evaluations, progress notes, re-assessments, and discharges.

Add an Outcome Measure
- In the lower right, click the+ Measure button.
- Fill in the outcome measure's name.
- Click the Save Outcome Measure button.
Edit an Outcome Measure
- Click the outcome measure you want to edit.
- Once you've made changes, click the Save Outcome Measure button.
Delete an Outcome Measure
NOTE: You can only delete an outcome measure if it is not linked to any evaluations.
- To the right of the outcome measure, click the Delete icon.
- Click the Delete Outcome Measure button.
About the Fields
