If your clinic is using Multifactor Authentication (MFA), you will be prompted to log in to the system with an Authentication Code sent via email or text message, in addition to your username and password. (You will be prompted to Set Up MFA the first time you log in to the system after your clinic has turned on MFA.)

Clinic administrators can set MFA intervals at anywhere between three and 90 days. If you log into the system after that specified amount of time has passed, you will be prompted to enter an Authentication Code. You will also be prompted to enter an Authentication Code if you log in from a new device or browser, or if you try to change your email address or password.
