Flowsheets help clinics document activities, capture related billing information, and carry therapy details throughout the patient’s course of treatment and into claim workflows with less duplicate entry. By supporting more consistent documentation across therapists and locations, Flowsheets create a cleaner connection between care delivery and billing. Clinics can standardize common workflows while still giving therapists the flexibility to document what happened during each patient visit.

How do Flowsheets Work?

Clinic administrators can set up reusable activity lists with common treatment activities, details, and default billing codes, giving therapists a consistent starting point when documenting activities a daily note. During the visit, therapists can pull forward previously documented activities and make updates for that session, including changes to sets and reps, therapist and assistant time, and any visit-specific comments.

During documentation, therapists can use Activity Progress to view a consolidated history of therapy activities across visits, allowing them to review changes over time without leaving the daily note. When billing codes are configured on the activity list, those codes appear in the Charges section of the daily note, and pull into the claim form after the note is signed.
