PERMISSIONS: You need the Admin permission to delete an appointment preset.
If you accidentally created a preset that isn't needed, you can permanently delete it.
Before You Begin
You can only delete a preset if it isn't linked to any appointments.
Delete an Other Event Preset
- Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Appointment Presets.
- Click the Other Event tab.
- To the right of the preset, click the delete icon.
- Click the Delete Other Event Preset button.
