Delete a Patient Message

Fusion users can delete messages from conversations with portal users. The message sender, date and time will still display in the conversation, and the message will be replaced by a note indicating that the message was deleted.

Delete a Patient Message

1. Click the Messages icon  in the upper right corner of Fusion.
   
    
2. Click the Patient Messages tab, then click the row of the Conversation that contains the message you need to delete.
   
    
3. Hover over the Message you want to delete.
4. Click the red Delete icon.
   
    
5. Click the Delete Message button.
