Change Your Payment Method

PERMISSIONS: You need the Admin permission to change your payment method.

Change your payment method if you want to pay for Fusion using a different card or bank account.

  1. Go to Admin → Billing Plan.
  2. In the Subscription card, click the Change Payment Method button.
  3. If you want to add a card, click the Add a Credit / Debit Card button and fill in your information.
  4. If you want to add a bank account, click the Add a Bank Account button and fill in your information.

Fusion uses Plaid to instantly verify most bank accounts. If you can't add your bank account through Plaid, click the link to manually fill in your bank account information.

If you manually add a bank account, you have to verify two microdeposits. These transfers can take 1-2 business days to appear, and until you successfully verify these microdeposits, your previous payment method will still be used.
