PERMISSIONS: You need the Admin permission to manage home activities from the Admin tab.

Home Activities are exercises, therapeutic strategies, educational materials, and other resources assigned to patients and their caregivers as part of a home program. They enable occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists to create, manage, and document home exercise programs within the system.

Home Activities can be linked to daily notes and included in progress notes, re-assessments, and discharge summaries, supporting continuity of care and accurate documentation. Caregivers can also access assigned Home Activity resources through the patient portal.

Administrators can manage Home Activities from the Admin tab, including the ability to add, edit, import, deactivate, reactivate, and delete activities.

NOTE: Your clinic needs the Home Education Platform (HEP) add-on to use home activities. If you're interested, reach out to Fusion Support.
