PERMISSIONS: You need the Admin permission to use these functions.
Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Activity Lists to customize the activity lists for your clinic. Activity lists allow therapists to quickly add multiple therapy activities to a daily note.

Add an Activity List
- In the lower right, click the + Activity List button.
- Fill in the information for this activity list.
- Click the Save Activity List button.
Edit an Activity List
- Click the activity list you want to edit.
- Once you've made changes, click the Save Activity List button.
Delete an Activity List
- To the right of the activity list, click the delete icon
.
- Click the Delete Activity List button.
About the Fields
| Field | Description |

| Name | The name of the activity list, which can be selected from a daily note, but will not appear on the actual document. |
| Activities | Search for and select the therapy activities to include in the list. |
