This article is for users who are still unable to launch the system on a Windows PC after verifying:
- Login URL
- Browser Extensions
- Internet Connection
- Have already completed a Delete 2.0 Folder
- Have attempted the steps in the Login Help - Basic
And continue to see the following error:​
NOTE: Newer versions of Windows may require you to download Internet Explorer to access these settings. If you cannot locate these settings in Windows 10 or newer, it is unlikely that the defaults have been changed and your login issue may be occurring due to something else.
To proceed with reviewing your current Internet Properties
- Open your File Explorer.
- In Windows navigate to your Control Panel | Internet Options
Make sure the following settings are set to either Enable or Prompt
Make sure to enable the .NET Framework settings here for browsers.
Make sure to enable Downloads settings as well.
Prompt and Enable these additional settings here:
Last but not least, make sure these Scripting Settings are set to Enable or Prompt.
Alternatively, you can also Reset To: Medium (default) and then click OK.
- Then, back on the Internet Properties screen click Apply and OK to Save.
- If a user is still blocked from downloading and running the system, try whitelisting the site by adding it to Trusted Sites here:

- Additionally, make sure your system’s Homepage is not set as a Restricted Site. If it is, remove it from there so that it is not 'blacklisted'.
