Update Payment Method for Direct Login Users

To update your monthly payment method, you must first cancel your monthly subscription, then begin a new subscription with the new payment method.
 

1. Click the eRx Subscription link in the Subscription Services section on the Admin tab. 
   
    
2. From here, you can cancel and update your payment information, billing information and contact information. When you change the payment method, you will also need to enter a billing email for the new payment method.
